This will be my go-to dessert this summer! I'm always looking for ways to get in extra protein without sacrificing flavor or texture.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
2-3 Tbsp OREO Cookies & Cream pudding mix
1 Oreo cookie, crushed (optional)
Directions:
Stir together the yogurt and pudding mix. The amount of pudding mix will depend on how sweet your yogurt is to begin with. Start with 2 Tbsp and add from there.
Top with a crushed oreo cookie, if desired, and enjoy!
