Baked Brie with Cinnamon Apples
Baked Brie with Cinnamon Apples is one of the simplest yet delicious fall recipes you can find! It is sure to impress at a fall movie night or Thanksgiving appetizer!

Servings: 8 servings
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
8 oz. brie wheel
2 apples, cored and diced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup pecans. chopped
Club crackers, to serve
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Unwrap the plastic surrounding the brie and place it in a baking dish (I use a glass pie dish).
Bake for 15 minutes until the brie softens.
While the brie is cooking, cook the apples. Stir together the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Let the apples sit for a few minutes while you heat a skillet with the butter.
Cook the apples, stirring often, for 7-10 minutes until they have softened.
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped pecans.
Take the brie out of the oven and pour on the apple pecan mixture.
Serve warm with club crackers.
Notes:
I've had great success with reheating this with foil on in a warm oven! You also can make the apples ahead of time and store them in the fridge for a few hours. Then pour the apples on the brie, cover it with foil and bake it all together.
