This is a great meal for busy nights because it takes very minimal prep time! Spread out the potatoes, green beans and chicken, top with the seasoning and butter and bake for an hour!
Ingredients:
3-4 red potatoes
1 bag frozen green beans
3 raw chicken breasts
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish.
Wash and cut the red potatoes into small bite-size pieces and spread into one half of the baking dish.
Place the frozen green beans in the other half.
Pat the chicken dry and place them in the center of the pan, on top of the potatoes and green beans (see picture below).
In a small bowl combine all of the seasonings together and gently sprinkle evenly over the entire pan.
Cut the butter into small, thin slices and place on top of the potatoes, green beans and chicken. The green beans might need less butter than potatoes (see picture below).
Bake for 50-60 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender and the chicken is cooked through (by reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees).
